Finally Wes's ventilator has been removed!!!!!! His first words were "God Damn" in terms of how relieved he was to have it removed... ha ha so Wes!
His hands have been released from the restraints, and he is now taking care of him self, and oh so happy about that!
Back Surgery went great. Wes of course has a lot of pain ...from surgery. He asked Jessica and I to touch his legs and he said that he could feel us a lil' bit, so there is a great sign that he indeed will show them docs and walk again!!!!!
